What is Pack the Pantry?
Martha’s Kitchen supports families coming out of hard circumstances and often graduate programs from non-profit organizations like Bridge Communities, Habitat for Humanity, Lifespring, etc. We set them up with necessary kitchen appliances, utensils and a full pantry. This integral step ensures they have food and the means to make healthy and cost-effective meals for their family.

Your support means Martha’s Kitchen can help set families up for a healthy path to food security and peace of mind!

Feeding God’s People
Our mission is to give people coming out of hard circumstances a head-start on food security in their journey to self-sustainment.
Martha’s Kitchen stocks the kitchens, pantries, refrigerators and freezers of clients and beneficiaries who are on a path of recovery from homelessness, escaping human trafficking, domestic violence or other hard circumstances.
Our intention is to alleviate the high-cost investment of setting up their kitchen and pantry, by providing the basic, yet essential, utensils and small appliances needed in setting up a kitchen, along with the necessary pantry staples that allow for more healthy and cost-effective meal planning for them, and their family. We also connect the candidates to resources in their new community to help with continued food support as well as offering them the opportunity for education on healthy cost-effective cooking.
We do this because Jesus calls us to love God, love others as ourselves, and serve God by serving others in their time of need.
